Kristy joined S/T Health Group in 2025 and brings with her over 17 years of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in both retail and hospital settings, as an Ambulatory Pharmacy Coordinator for an innovative transitions of patient care model called the IHARP Program, and most recently, as a CDM Analyst, during which time she became a subject matter expert in pharmacy chargemaster management and revenue integrity. Kristy is responsible for supporting STHG’s NDC Monitoring and CDM Management service lines, as well as contributing to a variety of reimbursement and revenue cycle-related initiatives. Prior to working with S/T Health Group, Kristy worked for Ensemble Health Partners as part of their CDM team but spent most of her tenure in healthcare at Carilion Clinic before that. Kristy is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Sciences, with a concentration in Health Administration, and is slated to graduate in December 2026.
