Minors or Incapacitated Persons

Our Site is not intended for people under the age 18 years in age or any other person who is not competent to enter into a contractual relationship (each an “Incapacitated Person”).  No Incapacitated Person may provide any information to the Site.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from an Incapacitated Person. We may use your data to improve our websites (including our security measures) and related products or services, or to make our websites easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information or by customizing our websites to your particular preference or interests.

 

Marketing Communications

With your permission, we may use your data to inform you of products or services available from STGH. When collecting information that might be used to contact you about our products and services, we always give you the opportunity to opt-out from receiving such communications. Moreover, each e-mail communication we send includes an unsubscribe link allowing you to stop delivery of that type of communication. If you elect to unsubscribe, we will remove you from the relevant list within 10 business days.

How We Protect You

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.  All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls or on third party servers with cloud storage and data management companies.  Any payment transactions will be serviced by third party vendors with encrypted data security measures in place.  

The safety and security of your information also depends on you.  Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.  We ask you not to share your password with anyone. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information and rely on quality third party vendors for those purposes, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.  We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page.  If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify through a notice on the Site home page or other commercially reasonable method.
