Kim joined S/T Health Group in 2025 as our Customer Success Specialist. In this role, Kim is a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their needs are identified and met through proactive support and cross-functional internal collaboration. With Kim’s subject matter expertise and guidance, our customers are able to maximize the benefits of our suite of services and successfully achieve their goals. A Certified Pharmacy Technician since 2014, Kim previously served as Program Auditor at Avera McKennan, where she managed policies and procedures, conducted claim reviews during HRSA audits, and performed weekly contract pharmacy claim reviews for over 30 covered entities. Kim holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Hawkeye Community College.
