Melissa joined S/T Health Group in 2015 with 8 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, 2 years of experience as a Lead Pharmacy Technician/Scheduler, and 6 months experience in Pharmacy Informatics. As Pharmaceutical Data Analyst, Melissa obtains and normalizes data from vendors and Group Purchasing Organizations necessary for building and providing our Price Verification and Contract Compliance Reports. Additional components to her position are quality assurance for TruDat, Price Verification (PV), Contract Compliance (CCR), NDC Monitoring, and NDC Reader, as well as facilitating the training of new operations team members and analysts. Leading up to her role with S/T Health Group is Melissa’s experience as a Pharmacy Informatics Technician for Harris Health System, her work part-time for hospice inpatient pharmacy for 7 years, and additional work within the Memorial Hermann inpatient pharmacy for 2 months. In 2015, Melissa received her BS in Health Administration with a concentration in Health Information Systems.
