In 2022, and with over 15 years of experience in customer service and account management, S/T Health Group brought Ashley on as our main point of contact for clients. As Director of Customer Success, Ashley functions across the company with roles in operations, sales, product development, and as a Subject Matter Expert. She strives to ensure that all of S/T Health Group’s clients’ needs are successfully and timely managed through identifying their needs, coordinating appropriately with internal staff, and continuously strategizing to improve the overall customer experience. Prior to joining the S/T Health team, she was a Subject Matter Expert in the mixed-use side of the 340B Drug Pricing Program for the Avera Health System as a Pharmacy Regulatory Analyst. Ashley also stood as an integral part of the start-up and success of the Avera Long-Term Care Pharmacy, where she was responsible for billing compliance and customer service as the Pharmacy Business Manager. Ashley attended the University of South Dakota, first earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2012 and continuing on to complete her Master of Science in Administrative Studies specializing in Organizational Leadership in 2023.
