Chuck joined S/T Health Group in 2024 and has 17 years of experience in hospital and health system pharmacy clinical and operational management. Chuck’s experience in developing and implementing clinical best practice initiatives across the spectrum of healthcare facilities led to the development of industry leading evidence based analytic tools designed to drive cost reduction while improving patient outcomes. In his most recent role Chuck led the clinical pharmacy consulting service for a large national pharmacy service provider overseeing the development of antimicrobial stewardship, OR optimization, formulary management, and drug use criteria for some of the largest health systems in the country. Since joining S/T health Group as Director of Health Outcomes, Chuck is focused on supporting our partners clinical outcomes while achieving lower cost through initiatives focused on efficacy and safety. Chuck will also serve in product development and sales within the organization.

Chuck received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Campbell University, since graduating he has held multiple leadership positions including Clinical Manager, Director of Pharmacy, and Vice-President, Clinical Services. Chuck has presented on clinical pharmacy topics and optimization programs for numerous organizations including the American Hospital Association, Becker’s, and Institute of Healthcare Executives and Suppliers. Chuck remains active with many national and state pharmacy and healthcare organizations.
