Customer Success Manager (CSM)
In 2022, and with over 15 years of experience in customer service and account management, S/T Health Group brought Ashley on as our main point of contact for clients. She strives to identify clients’ needs, coordinate appropriately with internal staff, and continuously strategize to improve the overall customer experience. Prior to joining the S/T Health team, she was a Subject Matter Expert in the mixed-use side of the 340B Drug Pricing Program for the Avera Health System as a Pharmacy Regulatory Analyst. Ashley also stood as an integral part of the start-up and success of the Avera Long-Term Care Pharmacy, where she was responsible for billing compliance and customer service as the Pharmacy Business Manager. Having graduated from the University of South Dakota and earning her Bachelor of Business Administration, Ashley is now actively pursuing and anticipating the slated 2024 completion of her Master of Science Administration specializing in Organizational Leadership from the University of South Dakota.
